Omnitech Graphics is responsible for MUTOH distribution
throughout Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia
and other areas in the South Pacific.
Omnitech Graphics association with MUTOH spans
21 years, from Computer Assisted Design
(CAD) to Signage Systems. During the high growth
years of CAD Omnitech Graphics installed &
serviced well over 3000 MUTOH CAD plotters in
Australia. Similar figures can be expected during
the early years of the digital impact on the signage
industry.
MUTOH itself is a very large Japanese Company
based in Tokyo, with operations in Europe, &
USA. Europe also handles South Africa and the
Middle East. Japan itself encompasses SE Asia,
China & India. USA also is responsible for
South America. Mutoh factories also produce other
highly respected brands under OEM agreements.

Omnitech Graphics appoints Distribution Partners
on the basis of territory, market segment, experience,
software preferences, service personnel and history.
Where no suitable Partner exists, Omnitech Graphics
handles sales directly.
Technical Support
Omnitech Graphics technical personnel are trained
in Japan. They in turn train Dealer service personnel.
For backup, third party support organisations are
also used. Spare parts are held centrally by Omnitech
Graphics in Sydney. When required they are air freighted
overnight to the required location. For small consumable
items particularly express post is used. Extended
warranties are available. Preventative maintenance
contracts are developed and offered as experience
with new products develops.
